Merrow Associates Sideboard - Richard Young
An absolutely stunning vintage sideboard in rosewood with chrome accents, made by Merrow Associates. This was designed by Richard Young, it dates from the 1960-70’s.
The quality is outstanding, this has gorgeous rosewood grain patterns throughout and a beautiful colour.
The interior is lined with ash and has an internal bank of drawers on one side with glass shelves in other 2 sections
As with all Merrow Associates products the quality is clear and the weight is extremely heavy
WHO ARE MERROW ASSOCIATES
Merrow Associates was established in the early 60’s by Richard Young who had a passion for Danish design, mixed with luxurious materials, fine finishes and a love of inspirational engineering.Their highly sort after pieces retailed through Harrods, Heals, Oscar Wollens among others in the UK and other high-end showrooms in the USA, Germany, France and Benelux countries.Their unique designs were showcased throughout the residential market, corporate offices and celebrity houses. A highlight included designing Ronnie Corbett’s famous chair!
